Sheung Shui Station (上水站) is the penultimate northbound station on the East Rail Line in Hong Kong. This station serves the terminus of northbound trains after the Lo Wu Boundary Crossing has closed. Passengers wishing not to run afoul of Hong Kong law by entering the Boundary Area illegally by proceeding to Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau without a Closed Area Permit, valid passport and visa, or without the intention of crossing over to Shenzhen are advised to disembark here.

This station is located in the North District, New Territories, Hong Kong, serving the Sheung Shui area and its vicinity.

Navigational aids are provided on the northbound platform following the opening of Lok Ma Chau station. Two queues, blue and green, are set up at the boarding areas. Passengers travelling to Lo Wu follow the blue queue while those travelling to Lok Ma Chau follow the green one. Upon a train's arrival, monitors above the platform display the train's destination. Platform 1 is the termination platform of the East Rail Line northbound trains after Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau boundary crossings has closed. Therefore, Platform 2 (southbound platform) is the only platform for boarding.
