Polyamorous is a song by the rock band Breaking Benjamin, first released on their 2002 album, Saturate. The song was the band's first radio hit.

The music video of this song is about a couple who are spying on other couples. The band is playing in the same chambers as these couples are, and in some sort of skate-room. Benjamin is also on his own in a few shots, with blue electric eyes and when he sings, and some parts of this video a green ball forms in benjamin's mouth. The couple keeps on spying, until they see themselves on the TV, and they look behind them to see the same camera they use to spy.

Breaking Benjamin performed this song on the music video channel Fuse, along with their other single, So Cold; the video of which was directed by Frank Borin. This song was also used on WWE Day of Reckoning, but the lyrics Let's go that Benjamin Burnley screams that are normally at the end of the song, appear in the beginning.

The song also appeared on the game Run Like Hell: Hunt or Be Hunted.
