National Affairs, Inc. is a U.S. organization which published both The National Interest and The Public Interest. The organization was run by Irving Kristol, and featured board members such as former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, former U.S ambassador to the UN Jeane Kirkpatrick, and author Charles Murray. In 2001 The National Interest was taken over by a partnership between the Nixon Center and Hollinger International; The Public Interest ceased publication in 2005.
