Longueval is a commune in the Somme département in the Picardie region of France.

A farming village located 24 miles (28 km) northwest of Amiens on the D919 road, at the junction with the D8. Longueval is found in the north-east of the departement, almost equidistant to the surrounding towns of Péronne (to the east), Albert (west) and Bapaume (north).
