International Creative Management, Inc. (ICM) is a talent agency.
On July 28, 2006, ICM announced its acquisition of the Broder Webb Chervin Silbermann Agency, a literary talent agency, for approximately $75 million USD.[1]
ICM is the plaintiff in a suit filed May 19, 2009 which alleges International Creative Management, Jack Gilardi, a vice-president at the agency, and other named and unnamed men, were involved in a "criminal conspiracy" to sexually assault and exploit young aspiring models and actresses.[2] The suit seeks civil damages against ICM under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act, also known as RICO, a legal procedure often reserved for the mob or gangs.[3]
