The Federal Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs[1] is a ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany (see also Bundesregierung) and is located in Berlin. From 2002 to 2005, the ministry was part of the Federal Ministry for Economics and Labour[2]. Responsibilities were re-allocated once again when a new government was formed following the Bundestag elections of 2005.
